Lake Michigan is entirely within the USA. Canada and the USA share the other four Great Lakes (Superior, Huron, Erie and Ontario).
In a hydrological sense, however, Lakes Michigan and Huron are considered to be one body of water. Therefore it is arguable that there are only four great lakes, all of which are shared between the USA and Canada.
On the other hand, Georgian Bay was once known as Lake Manitoulin. It is entirely within Canada and constituted the sixth great lake.

None of the five Great Lakes is entirely within Canada. Canada shares four of the five Great Lakes with the US. Lake Michigan is entirely within the US. Hydrologically, however, Lake Huron and Lake Michigan are one lake, which has two large lobes. As such, there are really only four Great Lakes, and all four are shared between Canada and the US.
You can swim in all the Great Lakes.
The Great Lakes are at the northern border of the United States, except Lake Michigan, which is completely in the United States. Needless to say, the Great Lakes are in the northern US.
