The turn and hazard flasher relays are incorporated into hazard switch.
According to my Haynes repair manual , the turn signal and hazard flasher relays are located under the instrument panel to the right of the steering column. (Helpfull)
They use separate flasher relays. Replace the turn signal flasher relay.
Are there 2 square relays in a box ? I believe those are your turn signal and hazard flasher relays.
I believe it is in a plastic relay box , containing two square shaped relays , one for the hazard flashers and one for the turn signals , underneath the dash just to the right of the steering column
It has 2 flasher relays, one for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. Both relays are located front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted above kick panel.

Factory flasher is yellow and clipped to a metal flange. My after market flasher is black and has one less posts but works perfectly. It does not have the clip on it so either leave it hanging or zip tie it to the flange.

On a 2002 4 door Ford Explorer, the turn signal flasher relay is relay # 1 on the top side of the fuse panel located on the driver's side under the dash. To access the relays you must remove the fuse panel - see the dealer. On the visible side of the fuse panel in location # 5 there is a 15 amp fuse for the flasher relay (turn signals/hazard lights)
