- They believe that all people are spirit-children of God. Mormons believe that returning to God requires following the example of Jesus Christ. Per Islam, all people are creatures of God and not His children.
- They accept baptism. Muslims don't accept baptism.
- Central to Mormon faith is the belief that God speaks to his children and answers their prayers. Muslims don't believe that God has children.
