Unfortunately not, but i know there are groups and lawyers attempting to make a case against them . Actually some states have even adopted a headlight output requirement where they measure the output of light emitting through your foggy headlights. If they don't passed you are required to get them fixed or even replace them and car manufactuers are making money off of this. My Toyota Tacoma headlights were in pretty bad shape and i was told that they would not pass the light output required here in my state so i began looking on the internet and found this great company called The Headlight Solution they offer kits that include everything you need to restore your headlights. I though i was going to be faced with a $300-$400 dent in my pocket for replacements, but i found this company ordered their Advanced Headlight Restoration Kit for like $26 and amazingly enough i have brand new headlights, great kit. great results. They say it isn't car manufactuers fault it is more of a cusumer issue because it is a part of maintenance......just like you maintain your vehicles paint job you must maintain the plastic lenses so they never get to that ugly cloudy look...........just people need to be informed about the maintenance required all it takes is to apply a polish designed for plastic every three to six months and they will never get the "headlight cancer" as some people call it. Good luck. Try out the company if your headlights are cloudy and you are looking for an answer at http://www.headlightsolution.net
