you can purchase a "haynes" manual. these include full wiring diagrams including sensor locations. most auto store's and their websites have them.
I don't think that there is a camshaft sensor on this engine. There is however, a crankshaft sensor that is located on the passenger side of the bellhousing where it meets the engine. It should be just to the passenger side of the distributor. There is s sensor in the distributor that does the same job as a cam sensor.

Start engine, unplug coolant sensor, set to 12 btdc
The tps (throttle position sensor) is not adjustable.
what year? and what size engine? crank sensors are in different locations based on year and engine size.
