As far as I know, no. However, you can try wrapping the cat up in a towel -- sort of like a kitty-kat straightjacket -- to keep it from scrambling around and wriggling away from you.

If this doesn't work, try contacting your vet. Some veterinary practices provide nail-clipping services. At my vet's office, they give free nail-clippings every Thursday afternoon. My cats are horrible about getting their nails clipped -- my brother even tried helping me one time, and the two of us together couldn't do it. So I just leave it up to the veterinary assistants.
