From its Wikipedia page:

"The Cullinan diamond is the largest non-carbonado and largest gem-quality diamond ever found, at 3,106.75 carat (621.35 g, 1.37 lb) rough weight. About 10.5 cm (4.1 inches) long in its largest dimension, it was found on 26 January 1905, in the Premier No. 2 mine, near Pretoria, South Africa."

You can find photos of the raw gemstone described, and photos of the nine raw gemstones that resulted from its division. As well you can find photos of the nine major and 96 minor cut and polished gemstones by way of a simple internet search using the terms 'Cullinan diamond'.

Notably, the largest raw stone -- Cullinan I, the Star of Africa, was cut and polished into the 530.2-carat, pear cut diamond, for inclusion in the Scepter with the Cross as part of the British Crown Jewels.
