Of course! The Cajun in the Southern US. The Magyars in Hungary. The Basques in France and Spain. The Arcadians in Canada. And on and on... Somewhere back far enough we are all from an ethnic tribe. But we could also consider more modern social groupings such as skate-punks, surfers and emos as a kind of ethnic grouping, given their shared slang, customs and self-definition. The real difficulty with this question is always going to be defining ethnic (easier) and tribe (harder).
