White chocolate is made of cocoa butter, milk, and sugar. Most often, the cocoa butter is deodorized to remove its strong and undesirable taste that would negatively affect the flavor of the finished chocolate.[3] Regulations also govern what may be marketed as "white chocolate": In the United States, since 2004, white chocolate must be at least 20% cocoa butter (by weight), at least 14% total milk solids, at least 3.5% milk fat, and less than 55% sugar or other sweeteners[4]. Before this date, U.S. firms required temporary marketing permits to sell white chocolate. The European Union has adopted the same standards, however there is no limit on sugar or sweeteners.[5] Although white chocolate is made the same way as milk chocolate and dark chocolate, it lacks cocoa solids. Some preparations that may be confused with white chocolate (known as confectioner's coating, summer coating or Almond bark) are made from inexpensive solid or hydrogenated vegetable and animal fats, and as such, are not at all derived from cocoa. These preparations may actually be white (in contrast to white chocolate's ivory shade[3]) and will lack cocoa butter's flavor. (source wikipedia, see more in related links below)
White chocolate is made the same way as Milk Chocolate and dark chocolate -- the difference is the ingredients.
Because white chocolate has no cocoa solids from the chocolate liquor, the FDA doesn't classify it as chocolate
if you leave them in the sunlight it will melt faster
In the milk chocolate balls there is like a melted milk chocolate. In the dark chocolate I THINK there is melted dark chocolate, same with the white having white chocolate in it.In the hazelnut there is a hazelnut. Please Note the I THINKS, i am pretty sure about the milk and white chocolate ones.
White chocolate isn't in fact actual chocolate. It does not contain any cocoa whatsoever, and is mostly sugar. Milk chocolate contains cocoa, milk, and other ingredients used in actual chocolate. For this reason I would say that milk chocolate is better.
All chocolate is made up of the same ingredients, cocoa mass, cocoa butter and the extra milk and sweetener. The difference is that white chocolate contains very little or no cocoa liquor at all, where as dark chocolate contains a lot. Cocoa liquor is the mixture of cocoa oil and ground cocoa seeds.
Dark, milk and white chocolate is all the same mixture. The only difference is the amount of cocoa liquor added. This is a mixture of dark ground cocoa seeds with cocoa oil.
it depends on what chocolate you mean if you meant dark and milk then yes but not white white makes you stay the same height bye
Dark Chocolate melts faster than white I say both are the same.White is just colored chocolate with a different flavour, inn it?and chocolate is the same(but not coloured, but it is flavoured) It depends what make it is, not what colour!
Although there is no significant difference in the melting points of these two varieties of chocolate, dark chocolate will melt faster than white if you leave both of them out in the sunlight. The dark color is much more absorbent of sunlight.
its the same thing cause, you can get plain chocoate and dark chocolate with the same percentages of cocoa
Yes you can. Dark chocolate and semi-sweet have essentially the same consistency, and therefore bake at about the same rate.
No, they are not the same.
I assume that you could. It would probably taste good just the same. At least it would to me! :) Yum.
