Um, none of the above. There's really no scientific difference between the genders, and "Islam says" is hardly a scientific fact. (Besides, I don't believe it does anyway). Also, if you say things are "scientific fact," please cite your source.
I would think the only ones that say that are men. Why? Because men are the ones that are proud - and often TOO proud.
Women are not stupid. Instead, many people think men as more important, and in a family, the man would get education and the woman wouldn't. 2 women can easily beat a man, and sometimes a woman, by herself, will beat a man. Not in terms of strength, but in terms of wisdom, which is your question.
Men aren't stupid, either, but neither are women. People constantly say that their gender is better than the other. But women do, in fact, get pretty darn wise. I hear a lot more women going around saying "do this and that and this will happen to your health" and it actually works. Never have I seen a man do it, because men usually care more about money, and women can actually get a chance to sit down and think without being constantly rushed.
