Once you do that you'll get an email each time someone recommended you. If they recommended you through a question page the name of the question will be mentioned in that email and that's how you'll know for which answer you were recommended.

When you register on WikiAnswers you submit your email. When you receive a trust point, you also receive an email stating that you have received a trust point.
