the only thing I could think of is false pregnancy. If you are really wanting to be pregnant your body creates those symptoms even though there is no baby. It can even make it look like your pregnant as the months pass by because you truly believe that you are pregnant.
Or on the other hand maybe it was a little early for you to go get and ultrasound for them to actually see it enough. Why don't you wait about 2-3 weeks
AnswerDid the doctor not give you a pregnancy test at the office. I cant imagine why they would give you an ultra sound first. Home tests can give false positives. If your a week from missing your period then wait until after the due date of period to take test. Most doctors test can test within a week of conception.Wiki User
