You don't need to worry or even think about losing weight. You're too young to worry about that and that height and weight is perfectly normal. Just make sure you do an extracurricular activity that involved exercising and you eat balanced meals with fruits and vegetables so that you will grow healthy.

And if you are 230 pounds, eat 28 points a day! I lost 6 pounds on the first 3 days on this method. i weigh 170 pounds and im 12. lol trust me youre not alone! Im 5'5 so not good. But you should weigh about 90 pounds, mainly because you are not over 5 feet. I agree you should try to lose a little weight im 11 and 108 pounds im trying to lose some fat that i can see,but remember this: if you step on the scale and your not so happy,just look in the mirror,if you have fat that's hanging or bulging out,you should get some help from the doctor,if you just see some-kind of alot try to loose it yourself,but if its muscle,and no fat your fine! also compare yourself to your classmates,see what they look like.
