You have to many applications to start every time you reboot the system or turn it on. You need clean the startup list. There is one standard trick Start->msconfig->Startup. Uncheck files you don't need to start when the system starts. Also you can use registry to do the same thing (you can google it). But the best way is to use special software which allows you do everything right and fast (jv16 is one of the best, but it's shareware).
