used /rebuilt units start at around 80 -100 $ Ive seen new Hitachi units starting at about 150$ and the dealer units strart at 300 plus$ $. I dont suggest used or rebuilt units because of high failure rates .

If it is similar to the 2002, and I believe they are, It is permanently attached to the throttle body. To replace the sensor, you have to replace the whole throttle body.
