There are a few possibilities for this. Start with the least expensive and easiest. Replace the fuel filter and get some MAF cleaner and clean the Mass Air Flow sensor. Also try running a good fuel injector cleaner through it. If this doesn't help, it's possible the MAF sensor is getting weak. Another thing that can cause this is a vacuum leak. This will give you a starting point. Hope that helps.

This is usually solved by cleaning the fuel injectors, and this is most likely your problem, because if the fuel filter or pump were clogged you would have gotten a code of "Lean Bank One" and "Lean Bank Two". If you have not changed the Oxygen sensors I would do that. The O2 sensors ( which are a maintance item) need to be replaced when you have incorrect fuel delivery problems. Mark I had the same codes on my 96 Silverado and it was my fuel pump. Usually your 02 sensors will have a {no activity},{no response} or {heater circuit malfunction} when they are bad.
