Not. An eating habit is fully determined by your digestive system and its capabilities. You have to have iron. Iron determines that what you eat will go into your bloodstream and cause you good. My body has no internal clock on when I'll eat. It only knows consumption. Hunger pangs determine when I'll eat. It's human.

Mostly you'll feel bloated if you try to eat better. Just change what you eat and try new things.
