It depends on the languages that you speak - but three places I'm considering are the following for the following reasons.
1/ Panama - Tax Free living, good health care, English spoken, friendly people. Low property prices.
2/ Cebu in the Philippines - Low cost of living, rated 8th best city in all of Asia, English spoken, very friendly people. Low property prices.
3/ Hawaii - In the USA, developed, island life, good health care but high unemployment. Higher property prices than the others.
Obviously, much will depend on whether you are at retirement age, nee to work, or if you're married or single and looking for a life partner...So the rest is up to you.
