Bright red period blood typically occurs on the heaviest days of your period. It is totally normal and does not mean that there is anything wrong.

The color of blood varies regarding different women, some have bright red that later turns a brownish color near the end of the period. Some have very dark blood and some experience an orange tint. You're more than likely fine, but if you're too worried, set up an appointment with your doctor.

If you have orange blood during your menstrual period, it could possibly be a sign of anemia. It is best to have a doctor examine you to determine the exact cause.

User Avatar

It could be anemia, or a high bilirubin concentration in the blood, which could be related to a blocked hepatic duct. Get to a doc and have a CBC done, and take it from there.

Then it's a normal period, nothing to worry about.

The blood from your period should be dark, not bright, red because it is "old" blood that the uterus sheds. It is also normal to see clots or lumps of blood during your period.

because your losing blood every month

Because it is basically blood. A woman's body will react oddly and release an egg. When it finds out there isn't any sperm, it exits her body with a few other unneeded substances, like blood. There is my explanation.

User Avatar

When you bleed bright red this either means...you are in the process off heavy blood flow, or in the middle stage of your period. In the beginning of your period it is dark red because your releasing old blood...then in the middle you start to loose fresh(red) blood

Bright red blood is oxygenated blood. If a wound shows spurting bright red blood, it is an arterial bleed. If it is a steady dark crimson color, it is venous.

If your period blood is orange that means you might be affected with a virus called TUBIOD PEROOD so you should consult a doctor. Your blood could be weak so you might need to drink more water and cut off the sweets. No matter what, call the doctor if something suspicious is happening wth your body.
