The Britains were barbaric. They didn't have any structure, or any leaders at that point. When the Romans came they made Britain more modern . The Romans taught the country about hygiene, drinking clean water, sturdy pavements for them to walk on instead of dirty and muddy roads, entertainment and baths!!!
