lol Well I know a few things about this because I am very interseted in fitness, so I do a lot of research on these types of things. The most important thing I've learned is to just burn fat.. you need to do cardio. Try to do up to 30-45 minutes of good cardio a day (you know the ones that make you sweat like crazy, but make you feel awesome when your done?) And you would also like to firm up your butt area too to make it more lifted and firm.. and look great in jeans ;] You should go to one of the following websites to find the best toning moves for your butt. www.shape.com OR www.prevention.com ... Oh and you also have to cut off the junk food and otehr fatty foods, that's an obvious one. Well just be consistent and you should be good. Good luck
