Bears have no natural enemies that will hunt them down and try for a kill. However, this may not hold true for very young cubs or a grown bear that has become ill and on the verge of death. A pack of wolves will not pass up the opportunity to take either one of these chances. Cougars may fall into this group as well and may take a young unprotected cub.
Bears are top carnivores and reside at the very top of the food chain, so they don't have any natural predators. Humans in some cultures, such as in East Asia, are the only ones that hunt and eat them.
