DDS reports to the judge with recommendations.
The person with full custody has the right to have the child live with them permanently and has the right to make all decisions regarding the child without interference.
Yes, if his dad has custody of him. You might need to go to court again to get custody of your son, so he won't have to live with his dad. Good luck and God Bless:)
i dont think so... the producers wanted to make like a rivalry between the lombard twins and les twins but lombard twins refused the role because that wasnt the way they wanted to be portrayed(totally respect their opinion and choice)
Essentially, you can be asked to decide if your parents can make it happen. There may be a reason that you don't know of that the one parent has full custody, and the other doesn't. You would have to logically convince the parents that the choice is not a passing thing, and commit to spending 4 to 5 years at the other house. Again, the parents have the custody worked out, so the deal is done.
It depends on the law where you live and your custody order. If the father has sole legal custody (as opposed to physical custody) he would be able to make that decision without input from the mother. If legal custody is joint or the mother has sole legal custody, no he could not.
You are required to live with the parent that your custody decree awarded custody to. It doesn't matter what you want. If your dad has custody and you run away to live with your mom instead, it's even possible your mom could go to jail for this. If you think you can convince a court that it's in your best interest to modify the custody decree and award your mother custody instead, then you can always get a lawyer to petition the court to revise the custody decree.
