This is not really a legal issue. Companies are permitted to enforce rules and institute disciplinary measures within their own discretion. Employers are not required to justify or even explain why one employee may be reprimanded while another may not. In many cases, the employee is not privy to the other employee's personnel file and history, and cannot fully appreciate the difference.
If you feel that you are being reprimanded for things you have not done, you should speak with your supervisor or your human resource department about an in house appeals process. If you are unsatisfied, you are free to seek alternate employment.
In order to establish that this is illegal discrimination, you would have to be able to establish that both you and another employee had the same work history, have similar good and poor reviews and reputations during a similar time of employment, and that you were disciplined while he/she was not for the same offense by the same supervisor, and that the reason for inequality is your race, ethnicity, religion, gender or country of origin.
If the supervisor is discriminating against you because you have a poor attitude or don't perform as well as the other employee, treated you more harshly is perfectly acceptable and appropriate.
