I have two (altered) males and they get along fine but I would watch them first to make sure they don't have any problems.
I think it depends on the dog and cat's personality and how long they've known each other. If you're just getting a cat 9or golden retriever) then you can ask an expert on how to get them to get along with each other quicker.
Just Like Us People, Each Dog is a Indivisual. It depends on the dog :]
Golden retrievers and guinea pigs are a completely different species, and all organisms are different in growth and structure.
It all depends on the relationship of the two animals. Most people find that cats and dogs get along well with each other if they have lived together for a while, but there is no real answer to whether or not a golden retriever could keep a cat alive.
Any breed of dog can get along with another, but it all depends on the age of them. Male and male don't get along, unless they are both really young and grow up with each other. Females tend to get along with any of the genders, no matter what breed.
No, the Labrador Retriever is recognised as a completely separate breed to the Golden Retriever. All though both of these breeds were originally bred to retrieve, they were bred along different lines. The Labrador Retriever has a shorter coat and can come in black, brown (chocolate) and blonde (yellow). The Golden Retriever (as it's name suggests) is almost always golden in colour with a longer, flowing coat. There are several other Retriever breeds that look similar, including the Flat-coated Retriever, Curly Coated Retriever, Chesapeake Bay Retriever and the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. All of these breeds were bred for a similar purpose but are each individual Kennel Club recognised breeds, except the Golden Retriever and the Labrador Retriever are much more common.
Depends. If it is almost exactly the same size and not a toad,im pretty sure they will get along with each other.
It is all about preference. I prefer a Golden Retriever. There are good things and bad things about each one. If you are looking for more of a herding dog, then I recommend the Border Collie; however, I am sure that Golden Retrievers can be trained to herd. Golden Retrievers were originally bred to retrieve. Where the dog is going to live is also very important. Both of these breeds of dogs need lots of exercise. Golden Retrievers are also known to be great family pets. It just depends on so many things, but i hope you end up getting the right dog for you.
they call each other on their cell phones
horses chewing on each other are often just grooming each other and if they are just grooming each other they should get along fine
They live close to each other- they have to
Golden Retrievers are usually very good natured dogs, even as they get old. Any puppy can be trained to get use to another family dog. Letting them get to know each other slowly is the best way to introduce a new puppy to the older dog. Be sure to pay a lot of attention to the older dog as well as the puppy, to be sure he or she does not feel left out nor jealous.
