Yes!!! Aspirin is a blood thinner and can cause a bleed out, taking the forming embryo with it. Aspirin has also been linked to birth defects and is contraindicated in pregnancy unless you're taking it for another medical condition and under a doctor's supervision. If you need on over-the-counter pain rememdy while pregnant, talk to you doctor, but usually Tylenol is OK as long as you keep it under 500mg every 4-6 hours.

it wouldn't necessarily cause a fetal death, but if the pills were strong enough and you are a small woman than, yes, it could. It would more likely hurt the fetus and give it abnormalities at birth.

No. Aspirin 325 mg does not cause miscarriage in the first week of pregnancy. On the contrary such early miscarriages are usually due to chromosomal defects in embryo. It is good to have one, rather than to have congenitally defective baby.

Aspirin wont abort or miscarry a baby and as pregnant you should take Tylenol and speak to your doctor about what to take based on the reason you need painkillers.

Can aspirin cause low red blood cell count?

No, Aspirin can not cause bleeding per say, But it does thin your blood. Meaning if you cut yourself and you take excessive amounts of aspirin, you will bleed a lot because it is so thin. That is why the put a baby aspirin under the tongue of people that are having a heart attack to thin the blood so it can pass easier through the artery over the clot.
