It is a violation of federal law (US Postal Regulations) to "Intercept Mail Belonging to Another." You can contact your attorney for assistance, and contact the Postmaster of the post office which delivers the mail to your wife's residence.
You can also request that the Post Office place a "hold" on all mail addressed to you, or you can rent a post office box, and hold it at the post office to be collected by you personally. Also notify the Unemployment Compensation Aency that you have changed your address to "General Delivery," or the numbered PO box.
