I have inquired about fetilization in the office though. And basically it is done in a petry dish, egg and sperm and then put into the uterus, where it should either adhere to the walls or fall through. This is the way most places do it for those childless couples who have chosen a surrogate mother. I'm still looking though, cause you never know. ∙ 15y agoYou cannot get pregnant after a tubal ligation. That's the purpose of the procedure, to prevent pregnancy. If it is done properly, the fallopian tubes are cut and tied closed.
