good luck you usually end up breaking those off by putting a screw driver in the keyhole and twisting. In order to make a key they need the cylinder and quess where it is?
Lift the gas cap cover .. Put the key in the cap and turn it...
On my Ford Explorer , that is equipped with a locking gas cap , I turn and hold the key while I'm unscrewing the gas cap in order to remove it ( to install the cap I don't need the key , just screw it in place ( and in my case I wait until the cap makes a clicking noise )
You can use pliersto turn back but igintion will need replacement.
You can break it with pliers or they sell a cheap $11 jimmy kit that has a small key in it just for that at any harbor freight store etc.
I am not familiar with a factory installed locking cap. If you mean the gas cap cover, there is a button on the lower left side of the dash board with a graphic of a gas pump. Pushing this unlocks the cover. Also, the remote key fob has a similar button.
A person can get a replacement key from the dealership the vehicle was purchased from. A replacement key can also be purchased from a locksmith.
You open the gas cap and pour gas in the hole, it should be located on the back drivers side behind the little door. Then you screw the cap back on shut the little door and turn the key in the ignition.
Take the gas cap off and turn the key a second or so.
take the gas cap off the gas tank and have someone listen for it to turn on as you turn the key onto start.
with a key
The fuel rail is vapor locked. Crack a connection slightly and have someone turn the key on. When you get fuel, tighten the connection.
Secured wireless networks are networks with, usually, a WAP key. A WAP key is located on the actual modem and/or wireless device, etc. Some setups may allow the creator of the network to establish a password in replacement of a standard WAP key.
