Yes, depending on the phone/version. If your version is anything below 2.3.4 (Gingerbread) chances are you will not be able to download Minecraft. I do know for a fact that you can download Minecraft on any device ranging from 2.3.6 to 4.4.2. Any thing lower may or may not be compatible with it. (To check your version, go into settings, then about phone. You should find one that says android version.) Galaxy devices I know that you can get it on are the Galaxy rush, galaxy S2, Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4, Galaxy S5, Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note 2, and Galaxy Note 3. There may be more, but those are the only ones I know of.
All android devices should have Google Play Store. Search up "Minecraft" in the app and you will find it, but it costs about 7 dollars.
Yes you can. I think there is google play (play store) in the nexus and you could install it rom there. Also apple product have minecraft, too!

In order to get the Android version of Minecraft on a Nook HD, you will need to root it. That will allow you to install Google Play Store, which will be able to download and install Minecraft.
The Kindle and the nook have the ability to download many apps. But not the best ones a great alternative is getting an android tablet afterwards you can download a e-reader app such as play books for Google. Since you have an android tablet you will be able to download many apps on the market.

An android tablet should be able to pick up the wifi option on a wireless router. If it doesn't then one can always look to a place like CNET for a compatibility pack.
theres no app store , therefore you have to download an app thing to be able to get apps.
Since most android tablets are not water-resistant, they will probably have severe water damage. If it's not too late, take it to a technician but most probably they won't be able to fix it. I would suggest that you should not freeze your tablet. ;)
From what I see, it seems to be only available for Samsung tablets and only in the Samsung website. However, since it requires Android OS 2.2 or newer, theoretically it should be able to work on any tablet with Android, including the Nexus 7. What you could do is try to download the app with the Nexus 7, assuming of course it will let you download it with a non-Samsung device.
You should be able tto download it as soon as you've paid for it.
The provider of your tablet may be able to help you . Also, here is a site which can help you install it as well vanjava.info/com/set-up-3g-for-an-android-tablet.
