All sea food is allowed for Muslims to eat except if poisonous.

Quran says (English meaning translation):

"Lawful is all game of the water for you, and eating of it as food, so that you and the travelers may benefit by it." (Quran, chapter 5, verse 96).

Yes. Arabs can certainly eat lobster. Moroccans are famous for their consumption of shellfish and consume lobster once in a very long while. (Lobster is very expensive, so it breaks the budget for a while.)

A Jew, just like any other human being, is capable of choosing his own actions, and can do anything he wants to do.
However, a Jew who wishes to adhere to the laws of Kashruth (kosher foods) will not eat shellfish, including lobster.
