It is not impossible. any human can be terrorist. but most of Muslim terrorist (like ISIS, Al-Qaede, Taliban,...) have been Sunni Muslims. Also it depends who defined the terrorist. in view of Israel Hezbollah members are terrorist and in view of Hezbollah members Israeli officials who order bombing the Lebanon and Gaza are terrorists.

No, of course Sunni and Shiites Muslims are not terrorists. No one can accuse all people of any faith or religion to be terrorists. In any faith or religion, there are good and bad people and terrorists and non-terrorists. If in any faith or religion, there are extremists or terrorists it does not mean that all people of this faith or religion are extremists or terrorists. Yes. Shiite Muslims can certainly be terrorists, just like any other group of people. Some famous Shiite Terrorist organizations include: Hezbollah, Jaysh al-Mahdi, the Houthi Insurgents in Yemen, and Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq. (This does not include Iranian led Expeditionary Forces which are deployed "in defense of Shiites" but are national black operations forces as opposed to religious terrorist organizations and paramilitaries.) It should be clear, though, that the overwhelming majority of Shiites are not terrorists or members of these organizations.
