Hi, I know a way to get rid of Acne, I am from the UK and i use this stuff called Suda cream, It may not be sold in your country but you can order it online, it is for babies rashes and stuff, I used it on my acne and i spots were away in one week. now i have skin clear as water! Also you can use toothpaste that brings down the redness and the yucky stuff out of the spot. Hope my answer was helpful to you.
