∙ 13y agoNo, as long as you use rifled slugs, sabots are for rifled barrels. Some people will say that a slug will harm a full choke barrel, I have shot them out of a full choke Remington model 10 for years with no damage, I don't think I would do it out of a xx-full choke though.

Just guessing- New England Firearms shotgun? If so, the answer is no. There ARE NEF rifles that can be fitted with a shotgun barrel, but not the other way. The frames for the shotguns will not withstand the higher pressures from a rifle cartridge.
