Call you local court house and ask the civil clerk this question. Just one question do you know what birth control is. You cant even support yourself and your on baby number two. This is one reason why we who are responsible and pay our ways have to pay so much because of teenagers having babies they can afford which trickles into unemployment, high insurance rates, soring medical bills, etc. Thanks alot. I go to work to support you and your irresponsible partners.

i think you should be able to, because it would be better for the child...and if they plan on staying together then why not, they are already haveing a baby together, i think it should be up to the parents of the baby, if they want to get married and they are serious about staying together then yeah.
In Georgia you can only get married at 16 if you have parental consent or if you are pregnant and then you don't need parental consent but I wouldn't advise doing that just to get married. The closest place I know of to get married that young is places in South Carolina. (No, I'm not sure which towns...just that there ARE some.)
