Can a 16-year-old move out and live with her 19-year-old boyfriend and his parents in the state of New York and not get anyone charged with anything?

you can only do that with parntal consent and you have to get emancipated. i know this because i am 15 and i now am marrid and live with my 23 year old boyfriend.
