Yes, you can move out, but it could be very difficult if not impossible to get insurance, because a pregnancy is considered a pre-existing condition. Also you will have to get emancipated, or find someone will is willing to take over guardianship of you. If you are planning to get married and your parents agree to sign a consent form it is also possible.

The legal age of majority in all but four states is 18, in Alabama and Nebraska it is 19, in Mississippi and Pennsylvania it is 21. The consequences of an underaged person leaving the family home w/o parental consent depends upon what action the parents take and the laws of the state.

The age of majority in CO is 18. Being pregnant does not emancipate a minor. You can move out at 17 if your parents agree to allow it.

If a girl gets pregnant is she legally emancipated from her parents?

No, becoming pregnant does not automatically emancipate a minor from their parents. Emancipation is a legal process that must be granted by a court or through marriage, reaching the age of majority, or joining the military, depending on the jurisdiction. Pregnancy alone does not typically grant emancipation.

not without parents consent. the parent is still responsible for the girl regardless if shes pregnant or not.

The boy is 15 and the girl is 15 also and she's pregnant can you press charges on the girl parents because they always bring the 15 year old boy to their house their daughter is the girlfriend.?

No. It's your responsibility to see who your daughter sees and if you do not want him in your house you have to see to that he leaves. You can not blame what has happened on his parents. All the parents have part in the guilt of not watching your kids and see to that they use birth control.
