Yep. The only difference is that make sure a V6 goes where a V6 was (3.0 or 4.0). Dont put a 4 cylinder into a truck that had a 6 cylinder. They wont match up to the transmission. And whatever you do dont try and put a 6 cylinder into a 4 bangers tranny. It wont work. The motor mounts are different and the trannsmission cant handle the extra power and torque. You'll end up having to pull the motor again and put in a new transmission.
