Some .410's in good condition will also chamber the .45 (Long) Colt cartridge.

A .45 Long Colt is .455 outside diameter. A 410 shotgun is 410 at the muzzle but imy 3 inch full choke barrel measures only .390 at the muzzle. Do the math !
Can you squeeze .455 lead bullet down to .390 with enough pressure.
Answer . Yes.... if you want to blow your gun and yourself to eternity.
CAPICH ?
Not safely. The bore diameter is too small, and a shotgun is built for lower pressures. REALLY bad idea.
No.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO THIS!! Never use ammunition in a firearm not designed for it.
Not safely. Despite the tales you have heard about this, the pressures of a .44 Magnum are well above the design pressure of a .410. WHEN (not if) the gun fails, someone is going to be hurt. No. Don't.
THE GUN IS A .44 CALIBER SHOTGUN, NOT A .410 CALIBER. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT IT MAY HANDLE VERY SHORT .410 CALIBER SHOT SHELLS OF LOW POWER BUT, IT COULD RISKY.
Sounds good but NO. Absolutely not. Shotguns are in no way built to handle the pressure a 44 cal bullet would form in the breech and barrel. The result would be catastrophic and most certainly result in a ruined firearm as well as injury and death. The .45 cal/410 deal was popularized by Taurus in it's "Judge" model which fires a 45long colt and 410 shotgun shell. Here you have a pistol designed to handle the 45 long colt pressure and therefore handle the 410 shotguns lesser pressure. Never is it a good idea to fire any ammunition in any firearm that is not clearly marked for the caliber. Never.
In most circumstances, no. The bullet is too large to chamber in the handgun.
It shoots shot...

The short answer is no. You should not (and normally can't) fire any ammo in a gun other than what it is specifically designed to shoot. There are some exceptions, such as, you can fire 38 special in a gun designed for .357 magnum.

Yes. For example, if you are shot with a .44 caliber bullet in the no-reflex zone in your face, you will die instantly. The same thing goes with any caliber bigger than .44.
No. You should never try to load or fire any ammo into a gun other than what it is designed to fire. A .44 caliber gun is designed to fire .44 caliber ammo.
