What is a notarized statement for tattooing a minor?
It may be possible in some states to obtain a tattoo even if you are a minor provided that you have the permission of your parents to get the tattoo. Most commonly, a parent would need to be present. In certain states, it might be sufficient for a minor to turn up to a tattoo shop with a notarized statement. In that case, the notarized statement would be a written statement by the minor's parents giving the minor permission to be tattooed. The purpose of notarization is to ensure that the note is not forged, e.g. by the minor himself.

What is the relevance of the copyright law to information technology?
I have seen many web sites with collections of images that contain a notice similar to the following: If you find an image that belongs to you and you do not want it displayed here, send me an e-mail and I'll remove it immediately. That may be a pleasant statement, but it shows a serious misunderstanding of copyright law. The law requires that the author of a web site, book, etc. ask permission of the copyright owner before either copying or displaying any copyrighted work. The burden is on the copier to ask permission. It is not the duty of the copyright owner to cruise the Internet and ask authors to stop infringing a copyright. In fact, the copyright owner can file copyright infringement litigation immediately on discovering the unauthorized use of copyrighted material. And, when you ask for permission, do not say "If you do not reply, I will assume you granted permission." (I have actually received many e-mails with such wording!) The only way for a copyright owner to grant permission is to make a statement - either a general statement in his/her terms-of-service webpage or a specific statement in reply to a request for permission - that copying is acceptable to the copyright owner. The default setting (i.e., no reply from the copyright owner) is that there is no permission to copy.

When online shopping can a person use his friend's or relative's credit card?
Yes, but only with express permission from the cardholder. Otherwise it's a felony offense. It appears you don't have permission to do so. If your friend or relative gave their consent then they would tell you and I'm sure not! Unless you have had permission from the owner of the credit card then this is considered fraud and when that person gets their statement they will find out and could press charges.
Can you move in with your best friend and her parents if they said it was fine if you helped pay for stuff?
If you are a minor you cannot move from your parent's home without their permission. Even with permission, your parent(s) would need to give a written, notarized statement to the adult(s) who are allowing you to reside with them. The statement has to give the date you were moving in and the length of time you were staying; permission for medical care, school issues such as enrollment, and the amount of money agreed upon for your support and how payment is to be made. Such situations are generally referred to as temporary, voluntary custodial transfers, the law defines "temporary" as three months or less.

What is the answer to 4x plus 5y equals -17?
"Four X plus five Y is equal to negative seventeen" is not a question. It's a statement of fact. Since the statement deals exclusively with algebraic quantities and operations, it can be written and viewed as a mathematical equation, and questions regarding the equation and its implications may be formulated. But so far, we have nothing here that's looking for an answer.

Is 'This statement is false' true or false?
If the statement is false, then "This statement is false", is a lie, making it "This statement is true." The statement is now true. But if the statement is true, then "This statement is false" is true, making the statement false. But if the statement is false, then "This statement is false", is a lie, making it "This statement is true." The statement is now true. But if the statement is true, then... It's one of the biggest paradoxes ever, just like saying, "I'm lying right now."
