By Personal experience... I got married to my Husband who was illegal here with an EXPIRED passport of his country and we still got the marriage License. All you really need is a form of id and the passport. You should be fine.hope that helped! Because even with an expired passport, we got a marriage license, but he had his id. :)
The marriage is still legal. And deportation does not invalidate the marriage.
An illegal resident can not legally get married in the US. In order to obtain an Marriage License, you must be able to prove that you are either a US citizen or here legally.
The owner of the car must pay for the license plates fines. It is illegal to drive with expired license plates.
You can get married WITHOUT a driver's license. But you'd probably need a marriage license.
You need to update your visa first.
No, it is not true that they will be able to get a license and a permit. Marriage does not change one's illegal immigration status and they can be deported.
You can marry pretty much anybody you want to - that's not going to make them a citizen however.
Its illegal
No state requires citizenship for obtaining a marriage license. The US citizen presents his US ID to the clerk. The non-US citizen presents his foreign passport. You pay the fee and they issue you the license.
Citizenship does not affect marriage. If the license application was filled out truthfully, it is a legal marriage.
