Of course he can. Guys and girls get nervous around each other. Just be yourself and talk to him. Make frinds first, sometimes we like someone because of what we think they are like, but when you get a chance to meet them they are TOTALLY diferent. If he doesn't know your name, probably not. If he liked you, he would find a way to know your name and a little about you. Secret crushes are usually one way, but in a "cinderella" case, you could get lucky. Luck has to be made.
