Yes, absolutely!! This has happened to me, but Warner's, which made the bra, refuses to acknowledge it. I developed skin lesions and even sent them photos and the bra. They did not test it or anything. They sent it back and said it was fine.
I don't know what chemicals are in the material because Warner's wouldn't tell me.
