I have a rash under my bra AND I sleep with my bra AND I don't change it for awhile what should I do?

Well, you should see a doctor perhaps.... If you're young, tell your mom about it. Maybe you should stop sleeping in your bra. And you should change it every day or at least every two days....especially in summer when you sweat...at least rinse it out.....
