can a convicted felon obtain a business license and surety bond in florida?
According to the regulations, a person may obtain a license, after two years of the crime or the probation is completed I believe..its either or..might want to call state board in macon to find out the exact conditions. They (state board), make a decision based on each individual case.
i doubt it
yes why not
sorry but i doubt it
No as you would need to leave the country and a convicted felon is not permitted to obtain a passport. Attempting to sneak out of the country will also result in an arrest.
HIGHLY unlikely.
Yes, certainly.
Yes, and many do.

The felony charge and degree of felony must be known to answer this question.
(in the US) The degree of the crime is determined by the value of the item stolen, and whether or not it crosses the value line into being a felony offense. There is no specific criminal charge for theft of a firearm, unless a felon (or convicted felon) happens to be the one that steals it. Then the penalty is enhanced by the fact that this is a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
