Yes, as long as there is no kidney damage, that is one of the complications from Diabetes but kidney damage doesn't effect everyone.

My brother is in the first stages of liver failure. I am a diabetic type 2 well managed but also have Heart disease. Could I be a candiate to give him a portion of my liver?
