I've never worked with a blockhead motor, but I'd think so, because as far as I know the only thing that's changed with Harley engines in the last 30-40 years is the top end.

The buell uses a different rear motor mount configuration. Where there's a will, there's a way. It could be done but it won't be a simple bolt in opperation.
Loosen the motor mount retaining bolt. Jack the motor up a few inches. Remove the motor mount retaining bolt and the motor mount bushing. Reverse the process to install the new motor mount.
Drop the engine by removing the passenger motor mount
You can replace your 1995 Chevy Corsica motor mount by loosening the motor mount retaining bolt. Jack the engine up approximately 3 inches. Remove the motor mount retaining bolt and the motor mount bushing. Put the new motor mount bushing in and reverse the process.
