Depends if you have any restrictions on you terms of release or probation... I'm a felon and i don't have any restrictions on my probation about dangerous weapons but i know i can not have a rifle spot gun bb gun paintball gun or a muzzle loader (new law passed not many people know about it not even my PO) but in MN you can have, own ,use, possess a Archery bow, and a crossbow. The crossbow can only be used during the archery season with a disability permit from the DNR or it may be used Durning the rifle season by anybody...my info is from endless hours of research and from a MN conservation Officer.

No, a felon cannot use any firearm, and technically a bow is a firearm. Firearm definition by ATF is any weapon that propels a deadly object. Kind of dumb since i doubt someone would try to commit a crime with a bow and arrow

Can a convicted GA felon own knive in MN after probation?

IF his parole/probation has been completed he is just another citizen, with the exception it shows he was a convicted felon. So if he has served his sentence, completed his parole time I do not see any reason as why he could not own a knife. He has kitchen knives at his house I assume ? ?

Can a convicted felon own a crossbow in Nebraska?

It would depent upon what rights have been taken from that individual by court order... and also upon the State's definition of that weapon and which category it falls into under the State's definition.
