YES!!!!! You will do your cat a favor by having him neutered. He will stop roaming so much and possibly being hit by a car looking for a female to mate with. He will not have as many health problems such as urinary tract infections (UTI) either. Do yourself and your cat a favor by getting him netered ASAP! Don't contibute to the unwanted cat population. Too many kittens and cats are killed everyday because they do not have homes or are hit by cars.
An entire (not neutered) male cat is called a Tom cat.
