yes. you can marry your cousin or your cousins daughter. it is not illegal for you to marry your cousin (not in Australia) in most cases cousins or extendind relatives that want to marry may have genetic testing before they have kids to check if there are complications. Cousins can quite realistically produce perfect babies.
